An agency charges you for each automation. Here you ask Claude for them.
The same work, two ways of paying for it. With one, the bill goes up every time you need something new. With the other, it does not.
Ten automations cost the same as one.
What you pay in each case, by how many automations you need.
With an agency, every new automation is quoted and charged. Here you pay once for each tool you connect, whether that is WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email or the phone. Once they are connected, you automate as much as you want at no extra cost.
Where these numbers come from
Why they stop working after a few months.
-
The programs you use change
WhatsApp or your email updates and changes something inside. Nobody tells you. You find out the day a reminder never reached the client.
-
The way you work changes
The automation was built around how you worked that month. You raise a price, add a service or hire someone new, and it stops fitting.
-
A case nobody planned for turns up
A client asks for something different. The automation does not fail, it simply stops. And nobody notices until the client calls again.
Where the two actually differ.
| Automation agency | Farblau | |
|---|---|---|
| What you are buying | One finished automation, priced before the work starts | A CRM that Claude opens and uses for you |
| Who changes it later | They do, and they charge you again | You do, by telling Claude |
| How long until you have another | Days to weeks, when they can fit it in | A few minutes |
| A client asks for something unplanned | It stops and waits for a person | Claude reads your data and handles it |
| You raise your prices | Every automation with the price in it has to be checked | You change the price in one place and that is it |
| A new technology ships | You pay to have it rewired, if it can be done at all | It arrives on its own: the CRM talks to whatever comes next |
| You want to add a step to the process | The whole chain gets touched and what already worked can break | You tell Claude and it is there in minutes |
| If you stop working together | It depends whose name the accounts are in | The server and the data are already in your name |
What people ask before deciding.
Is this cheaper than an agency?
Not at first. A whole CRM costs more than one automation on its own. It starts paying off when you need the second one, and more again with the third.
I already paid an agency. Is that money gone?
Not always. If that automation works, it can keep working next to the CRM. What you save is what they would have charged you for the next one.
Who keeps it running?
We do, whichever fee you pick. The cheaper one keeps it up to date; the other one also takes the servers and the phone. And if you stop one day, it does not switch off: it stops improving.
What if I want no AI involved?
Then it gets built step by step, the usual way, and it does the same thing every time. Both ways work in the same program and you choose case by case.
Bring the quote they gave you.
